Detached cottage. Probably C18, Ham stone rubble; west gable stretcher bond brick (adjoining cottage demolished);
thatched roof with plain goble; brick chimney stacks. 'T'-plan; 2 storeys, 3 bays. Horizontal-bar casement windows of 3
lights; to right of bay 1 a low doorway, up steps, with boarded door set in deep recess. Thatched extension to rear.
Interior not seen. Included principally for group value.
