3/61 Front boundary wall and gateway
to the Manor House

GV II
Boundary wall and gateway. Probably early C19. Ham stone ashlar. Walling has chamfered plinth, and thin angled copings
about 1.25 a high; curved sweeps up to pedestrian gateway to east of house, the gateway jamb having ovolo moulding and
may represent a re-used doorway: C20 wrot iron gates. The wall forms an important element in the setting to the Manor
House (qv) and the streetscene generally.
