Before 1813. 2 storeys, rendered and grooved as ashlar on rusticated plinth.
3 windows with pointed arches and subdivided lights, glazing bar sashes on 1st
floor with frip moulds, 3:2:3 lights. 4 light plain casements on ground floor
with cornces. Central pilatered doorcase with open pediment, 6 flush panel door
in arched surround with traceried fanlight. Dated rainwater head. Hipped slate
roof with one pair of octagonal shafts to chimney. Rear altered and remodelled.
