Bridge and adjacent ruin of wool drying tower. C18. Bridge of 3 semi-circular rubble arches, 2 cutwaters up stream;
ground ramped up to each side with some rubble supporting walls. Adjacent wool drying tower of 2 storeys, roof missing
and walls partially decayed, especially to south. Low segmental headed archway in a niche forming a sluice to the
river, now blocked by rubble. (Industrial Archaeology, Vol. 4(1). 1967, pages 60-61).
