Three cottages, now four dwellings. C17, remodelled in early C19. Roughcast to
left (Nos.24 and 26), early C19 Flemish bond brick with flared headers to right;
original square timber framing with brick infill to left side wall; gabled old
tile roof; brick internal and end stacks. 4-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window
range. C20 doors. Late C19 two-light casements (one latticed) over ground-floor
canted bay with horned sashes and 3-light iron casement. C20 doors and casements
to right (Nos.22 and 22A). Interior: No.26 has chamfered beams and queen-post
roof with clasped purlins. No.22 to right has timber framing with queen-post
trusses in side walls, and chamfered beams. Included for group value.
