House. Mid/late C18. Grey header bond brick with red brick dressings and
vertical bands; C20 tile roof; brick stacks. 2-unit outshut plan. 2 storeys;
3-window range. Gabled brick porch with blocked door. Segmental arches over C20
windows and blind window over porch. 2 terracotta heraldic plaques of the
Ruck-Keene family (who owned Swyncombe House). Gabled roof; external end stacks.
Hid C19 storey over rear outshut, C20 extensions to left and rear right.
Interior: C18 two-panelled doors. Open fireplace with bread oven and salt box to
right.
