Farmhouse, enlarged and subsequently divided into 2 dwellings. Late C16-early C17,
refenestrated and enlarged early C19. Rendered over rubble right, chert random rubble
with brick dressings left, originally rendered. Steeply pitched tile roof with stacks
to original dwelling, shallow pitched slate roof with coped verges and brick stacks
gable ends left,Plant 2-cell and cross passage of original dwelling right
(Wardour Cottage), south end (inner room) rebuilt as double pile house left.
Two, and one and a half storeys, 3:3 bays, 12-pane sashes left, 3-light casements right
with single storey projection end bay right, flat roofed Ham stone Tuscan Doric porch,
leaded fanlight and early C20 part glazed door left, door centre right.Interior not seen.
