Semi-detached cottage. Probably early C19. Red brick, Flemish bond, partly rebuilt area around ground floor window,
random rubble on ground floor of right return, full height pilaster quoins of brick, steeply pitched double Roman tile
roof, brick stack left with dog-tooth moulded caps. L-plan, single cell with extension at rear. Two storeys, one bay;
early Cl9 leaded iron casement first floor, segmental headed 16-pane sash window ground floor, to right of door with
fanlight, and curved corrugated iron pentice porch. Abuts No 1 Church Road to left, not included because of C20
alterations.
