Cottage and outbuilding, now 2 dwellings. C17-C18, altered late C20. Colour washed random rubble, steeply pitched
double Roman tiled roof with brick stack left gable end, lower plain clay title roof to left. Plan: single cell dwelling
abutting Nos 2 and 3 The Street (qv) to West, outbuilding flow part of separate dwelling, Court Cottage, abutting to
East. 2 storeys, one bay; C20 casements, plank door right, facade largely obscured by irregular slate roofed 3 bay
verandah carried on rustic wooden piers and covered with wisteria. Outbuilding lit only on left gable end, Primarily
listed for group value.
