red brick, parapet; pantile +roof; 3 windows - No. 72, modern window, No. 70
brick segmental arch window with glazing bars and window over carriageway.
Central carriageway on ground floor with semi-elliptical head flanked by
doorcase with pilasters, brackets and dentilled pediments.
