Cottage. Early C18, C19, C20. Probably timber frame encased in
late C19 colourwashed red brick, some colourwashed render.
Steeply pitched thatched roof encased with corrugated iron
painted green. Single ridge stack. Single storey and garret.
Lobby entrance. 3 bay front with doorway in C20 brick porch with
small windows in side walls. Doorway with wooden lintel and
plank door. Sliding sash with wooden lintel to left. Casement
with segmental head to right. Lean-to to left with doorway with
panelled door and wooden lintel. End wall with 4 light C20
casement, brick band above and small C20 casement with wooden
lintel above that. Back to back fireplaces with chamfered
bressummers. Single chamfered beam in left hand room. Staircase
to rear of fireplaces with door and upper hatch.
