Early C18 cottage with new roof and lions' mask gutter. 2 storeys in red brick.
3 modern windows on 1st floor, casements with glazing bars. 2 windows of 3 lights
on ground floor with keystones and narrow pilaster mullions. Wood doorcase with
open dentil pediment and wood pilasters. Panelled ingoes and door of 6 panels
(2 glass). Sloped gable end to left with stack and stone capping. Gable end
has 2 blocked windows to each storey.

Gamlyn's Almshouses, Nos 3 to 8 (consec), Former Stables to No 3 and Garden Wall
to the south of No 4 form a group.
