Formerly a lodge, to High Elms. An early C19 cottage orne. 1 storey with
dormers. Flint faced with brick quoins. 4 light bay with diamond pane
windows, supported by 4 wooden rustic pillars. On the side facing the road
is a more recent extension of pebbledash with similar pillars. Slate roof.
Eaves cornice.
