Mid C19 villas, each 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock brick with stuccoed
basement. Fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. Gauged flat
brick arches to first floor sash windows mostly with margin lights. Ground floor
moulded architraves with frieze and cornice and incised panel below. Five steps
to doors of 4 beaded panels in moulded architrave set back behind stuccoed entablature
surround. No 27 has GLC blue plaque: 'LILIAN BAYLIS 1874-1937 lived and died
here'.
