Early C19. Stock brick. Large hipped slate roof with very wide, bracketed
eaves soffit. 2 storeys, dormers and stuccoed basements. 3 sash windows,
those of 1st floor flat headed in arched recesses, those of ground floor in
double arched feature. String courses at 1st floor sill and impost heights.
Doorcases with stucco panelled pilasters, cornice hood and entablature.

Nos 2 to 44 (even) and Nos 1 to 27 (odd) form a group with Nos 35 to 49 (consec)
Arnold Road and Nos 1 to 25 (consec) Tomlins Grove.
