1899. Red brick, ground floor of glazed brick. Heavy stucco eaves cornice. Slate
mansard roof. 4 storeys and dormers. 3 bays width. Ground floor has central
casement window with segmental arch flanked by semi-circular window. Stucco string
course at 1st floor sill height. Above, flanking canted bays with heavy stucco
dressings to base. Windows, sashes under segmental arches with pedimented dormers
above.
