Early C18. Brown brick with red dressings. Two storeys with attic and basement,
3 windows wide. Tiled roof to timber modillion eaves cornice. One dormer. Entrance
door with hood supported by carved console brackets. Flush framed sash windows with
square heads, retaining glazing bars. Return of 18 Kings Street adjoins to the right.
