Three storeys and basement. Each house 3 windows wide with one window only on
second floor.
Stock brick with stucco to basement. Stucco dressings to other floors include
bandcourse above ground floor and distinctive scalloped frieze and cornice to the
gable.
Round-arched openings to ground and second floors, segmental openings to first
floor.
