House. Late C18/early C19 extended C20. Squared coursed limestone and brick with
Collyweston and artificial slate roofs. Originally 2-unit plan. Single storey
with attic. 2-window range of C20 casements under restored wood lintels. Window
to left has narrow section of stonework between the lights. C20 door to left,
under wood lintel. Pair of hipped eaves dormers with casement windows. Brick and
stone stacks at ends. Outbuilding to right has artificial slate roof and is now
a garage. C20 extensions to rear. Interior: kitchen has remains of open
fireplace with bressumer. Large spine beam in both rooms, has stop chamfers in
kitchen. Included for group value.
