Terraced town house. c.1810-20 Portman Estate development associated with
Baker Street and Gloucester Place. Stock brick; concealed slate roof. 4
storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Semicircular arched doorway to
right; panelled door in reeded jambs and head with fanlight, framed by
broad pilasters and archivolt. Recessed sashes under flat gauged red
brick arches. Crowning stucco modillion cornice and blocking course.
Continuous wrought iron balcony to 1st floor. Cast iron area railings
with urn finials.
