Early block of artisans' dwellings 1853. Planned by Henry Roberts. Stock brick, flat
roof. Originally 4 storeys, top floor added 1876, and a basement. Open staircases
serving open cast iron galleries along south elevation between single bay end
pavilions. Sash windows with flat gauged arches. Doorways onto balconies.
