Terrace house. c1748, with some mid C19 alterations. Brick with channelled stucco
ground floor, slate roof. Four storeys, basement and dormered mansard. Three windows
wide. Blocked cornice at third floor level and crowning cornice and blocking course.
Mid C19 porch to right and stucco architraves to sash windows, those on first floor
pedimented. Cast iron area railings. Interior retains front compartment staircase
with wrought iron lyre pattern balustrade, cut stone steps and string with moulded
soffits; original doorcases and simple plasterwork to cornices and friezes, etc.
