Terrace house, c.1733 with later alterations and heightening. Painted brick,
concealed roof. 5 storeys. 3 windows wide. Altered ground floor but with original
lefthand entrance. Upper floors have, on 1st and 2nd floors, original flush framed
windowed openings under segmental arches, with flat gauged arches to windows of later
3rd and 4th floors. Original moulded brick cornice over 2nd floor, parapet with
coping. Interior with standard 2 room plan per floor and dog leg stair, retains
elements of panelling and box cornices, pilastered passage opening to stairwell which
has cut string turned baluster, columnar newel stairs up to 2nd floor landing with
closed string above etc.
