Corner block of flats and shops. 1904 by W.H. White. Red brick with stone
dressings, slate roofs. Free Flemish-Jacobean. 5 storeys. Both fronts 4 bays wide
and with an octagonal corner turret. Ground floor has altered pilastered shop
fronts. Mullioned-transomed windows with casement lights. Parapet to Great Portland
Street raised in central shaped gable. Full height canted bay off centre to Riding
House Street.
