Terraced house. c.I800-20, as part of the Gloucester Place development
which it abuts. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor;
concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide.
Semicircular arched doorway to left with channelling struck to arch and
vermiculated keystone; panelled door recessed in reeded frame and fanlight.
Recessed sashes, some with original glazing bars, under flat gauged arches,
the 2 ground floor windows with vermiculated keystones. Original 1st
floor, cast iron, geometric patterned balcony. Crowning cornice and
blocking course. Cast iron spear head railings with urn finials.
