Detached villa. Mid C19. Stucco, brick slate mansard. 3 storeys. 3 windows
wide. Rusticated pilasters to ground floor. Central projecting pilastered porch
with solid sides. First floor balustraded balcony. Square-headed windows,
architraved above ground floor. Sashes, plate glass. Panelled pilasters between
bays to first and second floors.
