Laithe house.Mid to late C18.Dressed stone with stone slate roof.Two storeys,two bays with three-bay barn to left.Three-light windows with flat mullions;entrance with plain surround.Two gable-end stacks to house.Stone-coped brick garden wall.Barn has ventilation slits and altered door.Small entrance to right.Lean-to extension to left return.Right return has two-light window and blocked window and entrance.Rear similar.
