House, now hotel. Late C18. Brick with stone and stucco
dressings and tile roof, hipped to wings. 3-storey centre
of 5 bays and 2-storey recessed wings of 4 bays, 2 bays at
each end breaking forward. Top cornice, the centre with
stucco parapet. Windows have stucco wedge lintels, formerly
gauged-brick flat arches, and are sashed with glazing bars
and horns. Central entrance has eared architrave and C20 6-
panel door. Entrances to 3rd and 11th bays have wedge
lintels.
