GV II

House, now office. c1845, refenestrated C20. Brick with stone
dressings and slate roof with central rendered ridge stack.
Plinth, brick angle pilasters, moulded wooden eaves,
pedimented gables. 2 storeys; 3 window range of 6 pane
casements with brick flat arches. Plain central doorway with
overlight, flanked by single windows. Left gable has a single
casement and below, a canted brick bay window with cornice.
