Late C18. 2 storeys and basement, stock brick, sash windows, parapet with
pediment, Large conservatory covers much of road frontage. House generally
rather much altered. It is not early enough to have been the home of the
traditional maiden sisters who are reputed to have been satirized by the
clipped yew peacocks in the churchyard.
