2 houses. Mid to late C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone
with graduated stone slate roof. 4-bay single-depth range of
various builds and with a former barn wing to the rear of
bay 1. The original house (bays 2 and 3) has a central door
obscured by C20 porch and flanked by 4 and 6-light mullion
windows. 14-light workshop window to first floor and
heightened eaves. Bay 4 is a later addition and has garage
doors on the ground floor. Bay 1, also of a later date, has
a 4-light window (as above) to each floor. Total of 4 ridge
chimney stacks. Dressed door surround and 2-light windows to
gable. The former barn wing to rear was converted to a house
in early C19 and has a blocked cart entry, 3 and 5-light
recessed flat-faced stone mullion windows and a former
shippon door with chamfered surround. C20 garage to rear.
