Includes No. 17 Sandon St. Terrace of 17 houses.1834. Stucco with
slate roof. Two and three storeys, two and three bays to each house. Three houses
at each end project with central 2-storey canted bays.
Houses next to these each have 2-storey canted bay. Centre
house projects, flanking houses with 2-storey canted bays.
Top cornice. Windows have sashes, no glazing bars. Entrances
have architraves. No. 16 has iron top balustrade, similar
1st floor balconies to Nos. 7,8, 13 and 16. Front gardens
have iron railings with fleur-de-lys heads.
