Cottage. Mid C19. Coursed ragstone rubble with plain tiled roof. Octagonal plan at south end, the roof canted out on wooden posts forming a verandah at ground floor level. Gabled dormer windows to north and east and central ridge stack. One storey with attic; two windows to north in canted walls flanking pointed entrance arch and half-glazed door.
