Shop, originally dwelling. Dated 1712. Painted brick with
hipped plain tiled roof.
3 storeys with attic dormers, narrow 2-window range to Pride
Hill, and 4-window range return elevation to Butcher Row.
Inserted late C20 shop front across both elevations.
Flush-framed 4-pane sash windows above on each elevation, with
moulded sills and flat-arched gauged brick heads. String
course between first and second storeys, and recessed panels
below second-floor windows. Date stone in centre of Butcher
Row elevation, with initials RM. Angle quoins. Moulded wood
modillion eaves cornice and overhanging roof. Gabled dormers,
one in Pride Hill elevation, 2 to Butcher Row.
