A C15 to C16 timber-framed house, largely refronted with red brick on the ground
floor and tiles above but with some timbering visible at the north end. Tiled
roof, 2 small gables with moulded bressumers. 3 modern casement windows. Doorcase
in moulded architrave surround with projecting cornice over. Door of 6 fielded
panels, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed.

Bybrook Tavern and the barn to west of Bybrook Tavern form a group.
