Milestone, now used as a gate post, 1769. Sandstone. Of square section
with a shaped top. South-west face reads: 'To Bla(ck) Bur(n) 10 ms'.
South-east face reads: 'To Clith Row 8 ms'. North-east face reads:
'To Garstang 6 ms 1769'. The 3 faces each have an incised hand indicating
the direction.
