Farmhouse, probably early C18, now house. Coursed sandstone with large
quoins, slate roof with 2 ridge chimneys. Rectangular 3 bay plan. Two
storeys; door at junction of 2nd and 3rd bays has large plain lintel;
3 windows each floor, all of 3 lights now lacking original mullions.
Left return wall has blocked doorway. Rear has short 2-storey outshuts
to 1st bay, and to 2nd and 3rd bays, with a recessed interval between them,
one 1st floor 2-light stone mullion window now lacking mullion, various
altered windows, and a door to 1st bay. Interior: in course of
modernisation at time of survey but included dog leg staircase to rear
of middle bay.
