Cottage, c.1800, derelict (1984). Watershot coursed sandstone, stone
slate roof with chimney at right gable. Double depth plan, one bay.
Two storeys to front, 3 to rear (which is on lower level and is identified
by nameplate on wall of No. 19: INDUSTRIAL PLACE); plain doorway to right,
coupled windows at ground floor and 2 windows above, all now boarded. Rear:
at lower level a doorway and stepped triple-light window (both blocked)
3 square windows at ground floor (all blocked) and 2 stepped triple-light
windows at top floor.
