Farmhouse, early C17 (main range) and late C17 (outshut), altered mid C18. Cement washed. Stone slate roof, coping and gutter corbels. 3-cell linear plan. Ground floor has C19 window, doorway with chamfered jambs and chamfered Tudor head, and another doorway (dated RA 1753 but this may be recent).This has pilasters, entablature and segmental pediment. To right are one 4-light and one 5-light window both with hood moulds. 1st floor has one C19 window, two 3-light, two 2-light and a single-light window with round head. Right hand return has projecting chimney breast. Two tabled stacks. Rear wing has broad coped gable with kneelers, and a stepped 5-light window. (82/p167/RCHM).
