Nos 69 and 71

(Including Nos 1 and 3 Victoria Parade)
Flanking entrance to Victoria Parade ( a footway). Early C19. Low pitched
slate roofs with gable ends. Gault brick. Three storeys. Facing Market
Place two windows each. All sashes, No 69 has glazing bars, flat stuccoed
arches. Four windows to each block facing Victoria Parade. Stucco eaves
cornice. Modern shop fronts with deep fascias. Included for group value.

All listed buildings on East side of Market Place form a group with Nos
35, 37 and 29 (rear elevations) Gallowtree Gate, (Nos 61, 63 and 67 Market
Place and No 35 Gallowtree Gate are buildings of local interest).
