on 3 steps with moulded base and inscription 'TO KEEP IN MIND THOSE

below bulbous band with inscribed strapwork frieze carrying octagonal
corniced base to sculpture of an angel representing peace. 4 tall
antae flank this pedestal up to cornice height.
