Early C19 red brick. Slate roof with gabled ends. Three storeys. Two
windows each, rubbed flat brick arches, sashes with glazing bars; first
floor continuous sill band. Good inset doorcases with Greek Doric ½ columns,
frieze, and glazed segmental fanlights under segmental rubbed brick arches.
Plinth.

Nos 31 to 61 (odd), No 1 West Street together with Nos 1, 2 and 3 Museum
Square, No 47 New Walk, the Museum and Nos 58 to 64 (even) New Walk form
a group around Museum Square.
