Cottage. Late C18/early C19, altered C20.
Coursed ironstone rubble, Swithland slate roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit
plan. 2-storey, 1-window range.
6-panel, part-glazed door to right of centre with pegged wood surround and
segmental-arched head.
3-light casement window to ground floor left, two-light casement to ground
floor right both with segmental-arched heads and 2-light sliding casement to
1st floor right with wood lintel and bars to opening side. Quoins and
footscraper niche to right of door.
Interior noted as having chamfered spine beams.
