Terrace of 5 houses. 1894. By William Owen. Brick with
pebbledash 1st floor, tile roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays, end bays
project under gables, 2nd and 5th bays also project under
gables. Weathered base, ground floor entablature and open-
pedimented gables. Ground floor windows have gauged-brick
flat arches and keys, paired sashes with glazing bars; end
bays have canted bay windows, also with sashes. 1st floor
has Diocletian windows with small-paned casements, 3rd and
4th bays have paired sashes, those to 3rd bay in half-gabled
half dormers abutting lateral stack with round-headed
panels. Entrances have flat canopies, those to re-entrants
quadrant, on Tuscan columns; 6-panel doors. 4 cross-axial
stacks and 2 to valleys. Rear similar, gables, dormers,
privies.
