County Court. Mid C19. Sandstone ashlar with parapeted roof. In Italian Renaissance
style. 2-storey main range with 3-storey wing set back on left. 5-window range of
arched sashed windows with margin lights, those to 1st floor rounded, those to ground
floor cambered. The 1st floor windows have elaborate architraves with brackets supporting
pediments. Ground floor windows have aprons and moulded architraves with prominent
triple keystones. Doorway to centre in larger similar architrave with additional
pilasters and modillioned cornice supported on brackets topped by carved Royal Arms
in full relief. Ground floor has channelled rustication and vermiculated quoins, plinth
and moulded string course, 1st floor has quoins and entablature with modillioned cornice
and blocking course. Single-window ends similar to front and rear left wing in similar
simpler style with sash windows. Extensions to rear.
