Circa 1850 two storey three bay red brick villa with narrow recessed one window
bay to left. Plain elevation with flat eaves to low gable end slate roof.
Tripartite ground floor windows with flat guaged arches; narrow revealed sash
windows to first floor with stucco sills and panelled stucco heads with rosette
mouldings flanked by consoles to thin cornices over. Panelled square piers
to porch with entablature and projecting bracketed cornice. Round headed doorway
with double panelled doors and fanlight. Included for group interest.
