C1820 three bay 2 storey stucco faced house set back from pavement with
section of screen wall swept down to yard entrance on right hand. Gable
end slate roof with flanking panelled and corniced stucco chimney stacks.
Plinths and moulded eaves band. Tall 3 x 4 pane sashes to both floors,
those on ground floor with panlled heads flanked by consoles supporting
their cornices with pediment blocking courses. Grooved heads flanked by
plain consoles to first floor windows. Central entrance with 6 panel door
in panelled architrave and swagged fanlight, recessed from slender panelled
pilasters with sections of entablature to open pediment.
