1815, peninsular block, 3 storeys, brick, 4 windows south, 4 windows east,
and 6 windows north, matching elevations with ground floor shops with rusticated
pilasters. Blank splayed angles. Rusticated quoins and architraves to
windows of upper floors. Heavy eaves cornice. Slate roof.

Nos 3 to 8 (consec) form a group with the former Corn exchange.
Also No 3 forms a group with premises adjoining West of this building, Church
Street.
