G.V. II

Forge. Early C19. Timber frontage on brick plinth and black glazed pantiled
roof. One storey. Double stable door flanked by square windows with glazing
bars within weatherboarded outshut under gabled roof. Carriage entrance to
right below sash window. Brick return to east wall. Gabled roof with forge
stack on rear roof slope. Interior has paired forges rising to central flue
below stack. Central semi-circular arch between forges. Tie beam roof and
2 tiers staggered butt purlins.
