House, now divided. Early C16, divided and floored mid C17.
Timber framed with rendered wattle and daub, roughcast to front. Pantiled roof. Open hall plan now altered in form reminiscent of a Wealden House. Brick plinth. 2 storeys. First floor jetties to right and left. 3 doors and 3 C19 casements to ground. 4 casements to first floor C19 or C20. Gabled roof. Rebuilt ridge stack and west internal gable stack. East gable with protuding wall plate and drip shelf at eaves line. 2 outshuts to rear and C20 conservatory.
Bridging beam flooring hall with chamfer and tongue stops. Thin scantling. Winder staircase by stack. Renewed roof.
